Payment card and wallet details are processed by Stripe. LetterBeacon does not store complete payment-card numbers.

We use information to create and fulfill mailing orders, process payments, provide tracking and proof of delivery, secure and improve the service, respond to support requests, prevent fraud, comply with law, and communicate about your account or orders.

We may share information with providers that perform services for us, including payment processing, printing and mailing, USPS delivery, hosting, storage, analytics, authentication, and customer support. They may use information only as permitted by their agreements with us and applicable law.

Uploaded documents are used to fulfill your mailing request and maintain the associated order record. Do not upload content you are not authorized to send. We apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain mailing and payment records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods may differ by record type.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of eligible personal information. Some information may be retained when required for transaction records, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or legitimate business purposes. You can make a request through the LetterBeacon support chat.

LetterBeacon is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
